Within 20 miles, we endeavour to deliver within three days of ordering but as part of our environmental focus we will try to group deliveries by area to reduce carbon emissions. We will call you if we have any issues with delivery and ask that you inform us of any issues your end such as reduced availability or difficult drop etc. A £10 Delivery cost will be applied to any orders that do not include qualifying Magpie products. Delivery is normally within 7 days of purchase.
For delivery outside of 20 miles please email or ring us to discuss, as pallet shipping costs may be added to the order. In some cases we may be able to add your order to others on planned longer trips to achieve free delivery for you but this is subject to availability and early ordering.
We take care to ensure stock volumes are updated as much as we can but from time to time errors or sales over the phone or email will mean stock is unavailable. In these cases any payments made will be refunded or alternatively products replaced. In both cases we will contact you to ensure you are happy with our resolution.

Cancellations must be made before delivery has taken place via phone or emailing email@example.com.
For returns and ullages please phone or email sales to arrange uplift, refund or replacement. Please check the product is correct and in good condition on delivery including coupler connection if applicable. Returns will not be accepted without issues being identified and we cannot accept overstocking as a reason for a return.
